Ingredients

  • 2 tbs. Shake Mix Powder Tropical Fruit Flavour
  • 1 /2 cup Crushed pineapple
  • 1 Orange peeled and de-seeded
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 200 ml Skimmed milk
  • 4-6 Ice cubes optional

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed. Ice cubes are optional.
