- 2 tbsp Formula 1 Vanilla
- 1 cup Skimmed Milk
- 1 tsp Peanut Butter Creamy
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/2 cup Ice cubes optional
- Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed.

The Peanut Butter Weight Gain Shake Recipe
Great taste, high in calories and easy & quick to make
(although should be called a ‘shake’ and not a smoothie).
High in fat, and should only be used ‘now and then’ as a treat.
Simply adding regular calories (and boosting your health) will help you get better weight gain results.
Do note that (unless you drink milk regularly) the lactose could cause side effects. An alternative is to use Soya Milk
