- 2 tbs Formula 1 Strawberry
- 300 ml Skimmed milk
- 1 cup Strawberries try to use ripe strawberries
- 1/2 Banana optional
- 50-100 grams Yoghurt Low or non-fat
- Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until smooth.
Strawberry Apricot Shake
Very easy to make, great for vitamin C and K.
You can also use Water for lower calories
