- 2 tbsp Formula 1 Cafe latte
- 150 g Yoghurt Low or non-fat
- 3 tbsp Oat fibre
- 100 ml Skimmed milk
- 30 g Muesli unsweetened
- Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until smooth.
