Servings: 1 shake
- 26 gr shake mix Vanilla
- 100 ml Oange juice (no added sugar)
- 100 ml Water
- 1 medium Carrot
- 25 Raisins
- 1 small piece Ginger Crystallized
- 1 tbsp Protein Drink Mix (Optional)
- Combine all the ingredients & mix in a blender until smooth

Blending the ingredients (carrot, raisins, orange juice & ginger) with the formula 1 shake mixture produces a very healthy shake that tastes great. Advantages Very refreshing, easy to drink shake, full of vitamins. The carrot contains vitamin A, antioxidants, and other nutrients. In addition the raisins are packed with energy and rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals. (They can aid digestion, boost iron levels, and keep your bones strong.) Disadvantages Not that high in protein, which is why you could consider adding the protein drin mix into the shake.
