- 2 tbs. Formula 1 Tropical Fruit
- 1 /2 cup Crushed pineapple
- 1 Orange peeled and de-seeded
- 1/2 Banana
- 200 ml Skimmed milk
- 4-6 Ice cubes optional
- Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed. Ice cubes are optional.
