Fantastic tasting shake ideal for lunch or breakfast and perfect for busy people
Servings: 250 ml
- 2 tbsp Formula 1 Vanilla
- 120 ml Water
- 1/2 cup Frozen peach slices
- 1/2 Banana
- 110 ml Yoghurt Low or non-fat
- 4-6 Ice cubes optional
- Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed. Ice cubes are optional.

Very easy & quick to make, and great tasting
Relatively high in calories (great for weight gain or before sport or exercise). Also low in protein (unless you add protein powder)
