- 2 tbsp Formula 1 Vanilla
- 2 tbsp Protein Powder Optional
- 250 ml Skimmed milk or plain soy milk
- 1/2 Banana very ripe
- 1/8 tsp Black-walnut flavoring
- A few drops Vanilla extract
- 1 dash Cinnamon
- 4 Ice cubes
- Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed. Ice cubes are optional.
